3rd baseman Manny Machado had proper elbow extensor tendon restore surgical operation Tuesday in Los Angeles and has an estimated medication pace of 4 to 6 months, the San Diego Padres introduced.

That timetable will have to have Machado again at the farmland someday all the way through spring coaching.
